OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

As STAMPLAST PLASTİK ÜRETİM TEKNOLOJİ HİZMETLERİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.,we aim to provide our employees with a safer and healthier working environment. To achieve this, we are committed to establishing and promoting a culture of occupational health and safety (OHS) as a way of life. In this context,
we commit to:

• Identifying and assessing OHS risks with the participation of our employees in order to prevent occupational accidents and diseases, taking necessary measures to reduce these risks, and continuously monitoring outcomes to minimize them,

• Creating a healthy and safe working environment by using safe equipment and appropriate technologies,

• Fulfilling legal obligations, applicable standards, and requirements related to occupational health and safety,

• Ensuring the involvement of all organizational levels and stakeholders in efforts to improve OHS practices,

• Continuously improving our processes and enhancing our performance with a proactive approach to occupational health and safety,

• Setting OHS objectives with contributions from our stakeholders, developing programs to achieve these objectives, implementing them, and reviewing outcomes to continuously improve our OHS management and performance,

• Promoting the adoption of our OHS principles through ongoing training and activities aimed at our employees, subcontractor/supplier employees, visitors, and interns,

• Encouraging active participation of our employees in OHS processes to ensure a safe working environment, establishing consultation mechanisms to gather their opinions and suggestions, and maintaining mutual communication and engagement,

• Communicating our Occupational Health and Safety Policy to our employees, stakeholders, and third parties and keeping it continuously accessible.
