Processing of data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”)
Since the Company is established in Turkey, your personal data will be processed outside the European Economic Area. There is no decision of the European Commission stating that Turkey provides an adequate level of protection for your personal data. - g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against them by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting the compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
- j) Withdrawing your consent at any time to cover the effect of the future (provided that the data processing activities carried out up to that date remain legitimate),
- k) To request a restriction on the processing of your personal data if you object to the correctness of your personal data or if the processing activity is unlawful but you do not want your personal data to be deleted,
