This document contains information regarding the data process collected through your visits with the express consent statements to the following websites of STAMPLAST INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL LİMİTED COMPANY (“Company” or “we”) as the data authority.

Since your personal data may be collected in accordance with the Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the European Union Data Protection Directive (“GDPR”), we are obliged to inform you regarding the collection method and the legal reason of the personal data, the purposes for which your personal data is processed by our company, to which third parties your personal data is disclosed/transferred and for which purposes it is disclosed and your rights that you can use as a data owner.

Your personal data you share with our company is processed accurately and up to date in accordance with the relevant laws and limited to the purpose of processing specified in these regulations.

  • If you fill in the “Contact Form”, “Job Application Form”, “Technical Support Form” and “KVKK Application Form” on the Websites, it is obtained directly by you.

Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:

Your personal data is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, limited to the purposes of planning and implementing our human resources policies in the best way, planning and executing our commercial partnerships and strategies correctly, ensuring the legal, commercial and physical security of our Company and business partners, ensuring the corporate functioning of our Company, carrying out studies to make the best use of the products and services offered by our Company; recommending the products and services offered by our Company to you by customizing them according to your requests, needs and requests, ensuring the highest level of data security, creating databases, developing the services offered on our Company’s website, communicating requests and complaints to our Company, and eliminating errors on our Company’s website.

Your data collected indirectly with Google Analytics, HotJar and Youtube Embed from the cookies (you can find detailed information about cookies in the Cookie Policy) of third parties whose reliability is generally accepted and used when you visit our Company’s Websites are processed in accordance with our legitimate interests in terms of improving our Websites, following the preferences of visitors and offering a personalized website visit appropriate to their interests, defining the frequently used sections of our Websites and shaping them according to the needs of visitors of our Websites and developing our services, promotion and digital marketing.

Your personal data that you have transferred to us for the purposes of personal data collection specified in this policy is processed in accordance with our legitimate interests to respond to your requests to our Company, to contact you again in these matters, and to manage customer satisfaction processes.

The legal reason why we process your data and contact you for the purposes stated below is that you have given consent in this regard (Article 5 of the Law/Article 6 (1) p. 1 a of the GDPR). With our company,   you can connect to social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Plus and YouTube from the website with the extension www.stamplast.com.tr. There may be data flows to our company from Facebook, Google adwerbs, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Sahibinden.com, Gitti Gidiyor, Hepsiburada.com, n11.com, Linkedin, Makinemarketim.com, Makinecim.com websites. When you visit our website, these links are disabled by default and no data will be sent to these social networks through our website unless you choose to connect to these social networks. If you activate the social network by clicking on the relevant link, these links will remain active until you deactivate again or delete cookies. After the connection becomes active, data can be collected regardless of whether you use the social network or not.

Since the content and the scope of the data collected by these social networks are determined by the relevant social networking sites, the company has no authority over these networks.  Therefore, you can edit your settings by checking the data protection policies of the relevant social network in terms of the processing conditions of your data collected through these social networks.

Transfer of Personal Data: In accordance with the basic principles in the Law and Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, our Company may share your personal data with our suppliers and business partners whose services we use or cooperate with in order to provide you with a personalized website visit in line with the basic principles in the Law, to provide our services, to ensure data security and storage, to respond to your requests to our Company, to finalize them, to contact you, to inform you about our products and services in line with your request, to ensure website usage security, to improve user experiences, to provide you with digital marketing, advertising and interests; with the group companies and business partners we are affiliated with for the necessary audits and reporting, or with third parties such as regulatory supervisory institutions and legally authorized official authorities and real persons, and may transfer them to home and abroad as required by the Law. Passport information, contact information (phone number) and identity information (name-surname) of the employee can be transferred abroad for the purpose of product delivery, installation and/or technical service or for the marketing of the workplace and the product or for the purpose of international fair participation. Our company acts in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law during the transfer of your personal data and takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect your data as necessary.

Our company may share the data obtained physically and/or through the website for personal data collection purposes with natural persons or private legal entities, shareholders, business partners, affiliates, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations.

Duration of retention of your personal data: Your personal data, excluding legal obligations for the above-mentioned content, Identity (such as name, surname, mother-father’s name, mother’s maiden name, date of birth, place of birth, marital status, identity card serial number, TC ID number), communication (such as address number, e-mail address, contact address, registered e-mail address (Kep), telephone number), location (such as location information), personal (such as payroll information, disciplinary investigation, employment and exit document records, goods notification information, CV information, performance evaluation reports), legal action (such as information in correspondence with judicial authorities, information in the case file), customer transaction (such as call center records, invoice, bill, cheque information, information in receipts, order information, demand information), finance (such as balance sheet information, financial performance information, credit and risk information, asset information), physical space security (such as employee and visitor entry-exit registration information), professional experience (such as diploma information, courses attended, vocational training information, certificates, transcript information), marketing (shopping history information, survey, cookie records, information obtained through campaign work), visual and auditory records (such as visual and auditory records –camera recording– photo), costume and clothing (such as dress and clothing information), association membership (such as association membership information), foundation membership (such as foundation membership information), union membership (such as union membership information), health information (information about disability status, blood group information), personal health information, device and prosthetic information used), criminal conviction and security measures (information on criminal conviction, information on security measures), 10 years after leaving the job/termination of the contract/termination of the activity. Camera records related to physical space security are kept for 6 months. You can request the destruction of your personal data with the applications specified in this protocol. In this case, your data will be destroyed within 30 days except for legal and financial obligations.

Processing of data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”)

Since the Company is established in Turkey, your personal data will be processed outside the European Economic Area. There is no decision of the European Commission stating that Turkey provides an adequate level of protection for your personal data. However, the processing of your personal data by us and the aforementioned third parties is intended to be protected to the same extent as the data processing activities to be carried out within the limits of the EEA. The legal basis for the processing of your data outside the European Economic Area is your consent (Art. 6 (1) p. 1 a GDPR).

Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner

You, as the data owner, apply to our Company within the framework of the Law and other legislation in force (especially Articles 10 to 16 of the Law and Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR) and;

  1. a) To be informed whether your personal data is processed,
  2. b) If your personal data has been processed, to request information about them and especially what data we process and to request a copy of your data stored by us,
  3. c) Learning the purpose of the data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes,
  4. Knowing the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data have been transferred,
  5. e) To request the correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to eliminate the deficiencies related to your data to the extent relevant,
  6. f) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law (especially in cases where your data is no longer necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, you have withdrawn your consent, you have objected to the processing of the data or your personal data is processed unlawfully),
  7. To request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with sub-paragraphs (e) and (f) to third parties, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  8. g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against them by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  9. Requesting the compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
  10. j) Withdrawing your consent at any time to cover the effect of the future (provided that the data processing activities carried out up to that date remain legitimate),
  11. k) To request a restriction on the processing of your personal data if you object to the correctness of your personal data or if the processing activity is unlawful but you do not want your personal data to be deleted,
  12. l) Receiving your personal data that you share with us in a structured and standardized format that can be read by machines and requesting that this data be submitted by us to third parties (details and restrictions are specified in Article 20 of the GDPR; the fact that you are exercising this right will not affect your right to request the deletion of your data),
  13. m) If you believe that we are processing your personal data in contradiction with the applicable data protection guidelines, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent regulatory authority, primarily the relevant supervisory regulatory authority in the Member State where you have your habitual residence or workplace if you live in the European Union or where you think that the data protection breach has occurred.
